the fulfillment of The Promise of Medicare

There are some Bill that promise jobs, but don't deliver them.

This one will, to Hard core "D" supports, too.

Medicaid is not only "senior citizens" number one concern..., at the polls...

but, it was a medical service provided by the states and unfunded by U.S.

One Unfunded Mandate that DID get mandated.

The states - R & S - told U.S. that THAT bill had to be paid.
