New home sales fall a shocking 11.2% + Foreclosures make up 26% of home sales + Home prices near 2009 lows & may fall more = Grab a second-home bargain

[mEDITate-OR:
not see something very odd going on...
----------    Regional Numbers show this:
In the West, sales pulled back
in January, falling 36.5% to 66,000 units
after a 62.5% jump in December.
--------------
What we thought was totally rediculous last month...
is shown to be that this month.
However, that does NOT tell U.S. what is really true.
----------
NEW HOME SALES PLUNGE 11.2%

---------
Bank repossessions for home foreclosures are leveling off.
