What is very interesting is that these April numbers are very different from the what we have been seeing over the last year. Once again, things are changing, differently in different places. One must ask: "Why?"
Why is Miami different than Phoenix & Las Vegas?
Why are Portland & Minneapolis different than Seattle & Charlotte?
Why is Frisco different than LA & San Diego?
