This 1st chart is unusual in that it presents the regional numbers together indifferent colours - nice.
The 2nd chart clearly shows U.S. the effects of the Buyers Tax Credit = Nov and April high sales.
And, it shows U.S. that we are now declining.
What it does NOT show is the collapse of "pending home sales" - yet.
